Return on Investment (ROI) on Training
ROI is what we’re all trying to achieve on our training. To actually quantify the impact in terms of revenue gained by the business is the ideal.
ITD have a methodology for lining the invetsment of the result. This is most straight forward with sales, negotiating, prospecting & winning new business skill development.
We have successfully achieved measuring ROI on a number of projects. The ITD approach on ROI training is to define the performance measures already in place for the team and link the training directly to these measures.
The programme is designed based on the behaviours that drive improved performance. We then pilot the ROI training programme and implement a process for measuring the results.
