Communication Skills
Performance can be improved through communication skills exercises, which help participants to see how they interelate with colleagues in a new way.
Increasingly communication skills are being recognised as one of the key differential between the adequate performer and the outstanding performer in many roles.
The itd approach is to develop communication skills exercises based on the needs of your business and the participants. We review both the skills of the participant and explore the possible subconscious requirements of their audience.
We can explore verbal, non verbal and written communication, depending on your needs. Role plays and simulations are introduced where appropriate based on participant situations.
The output following those participating in ITD communication skills exercises is a personal action plan specifically tailored to the individual’s development needs.
