The ITD approach

CASE STUDY

A law firm contacted us with a need to run a team working session for their international operation

With participants from five countries the activity needed to:

1. Help the participants get to know each other better

2. For certain individuals who work together across international boundaries work on non work related activities to understand each other better

3. For everyone to have fun

4. Use a creative which everyone could relate to

We developed a creative theme which worked though day 1, into the evening and into the next day. A series of team activities lead to teams being created for each one and then changed for the next. Competition became a key motivator to involvement.

The gala dinner involved everyone getting into themed dress with some notable surprises.
