Fee Earners
We work with all levels from trainees to partners and on a wide range of subjects which tend to have communication at their hub. Our training is very practical and is based on delivering useful ideas tailored to the specific needs of the lawyers in a session
Business Services
We work with all roles from Directors on strategic issues to admin roles on questions of assertiveness. Workshops are tailored to suit the needs of the participants with personal actions and follow up agreed at the end of every session.
International
We have experience of working in many different markets including in; USA; many countries in Europe; the Middle East; Hong Kong and Singapore, with participants on our workshops coming from many additional countries
Innovation
We are always looking for innovative content in training and ways of delivering training.
Remote Training
One such innovation is with remote training where the participants are located in their office, wherever this may be in the world. The trainer runs the session with brainstorming, discussion, questions & answer sessions as well as small group work in break out rooms. It is a remarkable and surprisingly effective method for training.
