Leading with Impact
Leadership development training can have great impact on the organisation through a better quality of leadership.
The ITD approach to leadership development training is to start with the leaders taking an exploration of themselves and the perceptions of others. It’s very typical to have a slightly different perception of ourselves to what others see. We explore the behavioural evidence leaders give out and on which their teams base their opinions of the quality of leadership.
Our leadership development programme looks at what is expected of a leader, how this differs from a manager and we look at how we ‘measure up’.
A wide range of concepts are explored including how to lead with impact, what to be seen doing, how to communicate and how to avoid misinterpretation.
For each participant we develop individual action plans to developing their leadership behaviours.
